You still get the smoky, earthy qualities of traditional yerba mate, but wrapped in a noticeably softer mouthfeel. The higher ratio of leaf to stem brings out more pronounced earthy notes, blended with a subtle sweetness, giving a more complex and fuller flavour than the Traditional version.

How do you drink Taragui Sin Palo?
Prepare Sin Palo the same way as any other loose yerba mate: fill your gourd three quarters full, tilt it, pour lukewarm water down the side and then add hot water at 70-80°C. Because there are fewer stems, you get a denser, more powdery texture, so a bombilla with a fine filter is preferable. Refill as soon as the flavour fades and count on a richer, more intense experience throughout the day.
